Description
Instructions: Soak 1 cup raw Buckwheat in 2-3 cups water. Drain a nd rinse thourghly. Lay in sprouting tray or jar. Rinse and drain 3 times a day. Should be ready in about 2 days. Readdy when tiny tail shows. Store in fridge after spprouting.
