Description
Basic Cooking Directions: In a pan combine 1/2 cup Whole Rye, 1/4 teaspoon sea salt (optional), and 1 3/4 cup water . Bring to a rolling boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for one hour or until tender. Drain and set aside to cool or serve immediately.
