Potatoes, Instant Mashed-Org

Description

BASIC MASHED POTATOES: Mix 3/4 c. water and 1 TBSP butter/butter substitute in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat, add 1/3 c. cold milk/milk substitute. Stir in 3/4 cup potato flakes and any spices (salt, pepper, garlic, etc.).
MAKES 2 SERVINGS (1 CUP).
