Organic, Non-GMO roasted whole grain buckwheat.
Basic Cooking Instructions: Bring 3 c. milk or 2 1/2 c. of water to boil and slowly stir in 1/2 c. of raosed buckwheat groats, add 1/4 tsp. salt and a little butter. Boil 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
